WE ARE EVERY WOMAN
We are photographing strong, bold, beautiful women for a portrait exhibit, We Are Every Woman,
to share their stories of what it means to be a woman in today’s world.
We want to celebrate who you are today by sharing your wisdom and spirit through portraits.
Your story is important.
We are looking for 50 women of any size, shape and age to participate. It's time to share your story.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The We Are Every Woman 2024 photography session, a 8x10 matted image, and
your image in an exhibit featuring women like you and their stories is $350. ($575 value)
Individual images and products available for purchase separately.
WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

Your portrait session comes withone complimentary 8x10 matted print

a pre-shoot consultation to discuss your wardrobe, how you would like to be photographed and what story you wish to share

use of our extensive studio wardrobe

professional hair and makeup on the day of your session by one of our hair and make-up artists

posing during your session, guided by me to ensure you look your best from your expression to your fingertips

an ordering session where you'll view your beautiful images, choose your complimentary print, and have the opportunity to purchase more
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Part of being seen includes telling your story. This may include a video interview. Your story may be shared on our website and/or social media.
Join the We Are Every Woman VIP facebook group. Here, you'll get to see sneak peaks of the other women participating in the project, as well as get to offer support to those still deciding. You'll also see Helmberger Photography announcements before the public.
After our 50 sessions of the We Are Every Woman portrait project are completed, we'll have a gallery exhibition and party celebrating the beautiful women who participated. You'll be able to invite your family and friends to the celebration and view your portrait on display.
WHY BE SEEN?
The older we get the less we tend to see ourselves represented in media, yet this is the time women begin to know themselves in the most meaningful ways. There's an irony in that, don't you think?
Let's change the way we are viewed by society and the media by celebrating our beauty, our strength, and our stories through images.

"I was nervous about getting my portrait taken because when I look in the mirror I see tired and chubby and sometimes my mom, but not necessarily beauty.
Once they started doing my hair and makeup I relaxed and had fun because I was being taken care of for once. Then posing for the camera added to the fun because I had a feeling that I could conquer the world. I walked away wanting to bottle up the feeling.
I was stunned when I saw the final portrait. I couldn't get over how strong and gorgeous I looked. It was me, but the badass glamorous version that I love. I thought I was the only one who could see the me on the inside."

THE EXPERIENCE
Consultation, Wardrobe, and Styling
Your experience starts with a personal consultation with us to discuss why and how you'd like to be photographed. We'll discuss your story and talk about wardrobe, hair, and makeup. For the consultation, we can meet in the studio or if you are more comfortable, we can meet through zoom or over the phone.
Professional Hair and Makeup
Your photo session begins with a professional hair and makeup session. Your make-up artist will ask you about your preferences and treat you like the queen that you are.
Guided Posing
Not sure how to pose? Never like how you look in photos? It's something we hear often, and can relate to! Luckily you don't have to worry. You'll feel like a model as we guide you through every pose to help you look your best.
Complimentary 7x10 image and Ordering Session
A couple of weeks after your portrait session you'll come back to view your portraits in person at the Reveal Session. It's our private celebration of you. You'll choose your complimentary 7x10 and order additional prints if so desired.
We Are Every Woman VIP group
Join our We Are Every Woman VIP group to get a sneak peak of the women being photographed, as well as supporting other women in their journey.
The Party
After all 50 participating women have been photographed we'll have a gallery event showcasing your portraits and stories! I am so excited to give you this opportunity to own your voice and your experience. It is uniquely yours and deserves to be told.
